- CEO Lauren Ganley provides an overview of DKA’s work around renewable energy, desert leadership, digital innovation and the Desert Knowledge Precinct. Ganley welcomes opportunities for collaboration, saying “we’re looking for opportunities, not just for ourselves, but for the whole community.”
- Program Manager Michael Liddle talks about his program Codes 4 Life in which he works with his Elders to show Aboriginal men how to reconnect with their cultural identity, responsibilities and community.
- Sara Johnston, General Manager of the Intyalheme Centre for Future Energy, is excited about Intyalheme’s vision to reignite Alice Springs as a renewable energy hub. She says, “Alice Springs is perfectly suited to demonstrate what the future grid could look like. It’s small enough to manage, but big enough to matter.”
