  • CEO Lau­ren Gan­ley pro­vides an overview of DKA’s work around renew­able ener­gy, desert lead­er­ship, dig­i­tal inno­va­tion and the Desert Knowl­edge Precinct. Gan­ley wel­comes oppor­tu­ni­ties for col­lab­o­ra­tion, say­ing we’re look­ing for oppor­tu­ni­ties, not just for our­selves, but for the whole community.” 
  • Pro­gram Man­ag­er Michael Lid­dle talks about his pro­gram Codes 4 Life in which he works with his Elders to show Abo­rig­i­nal men how to recon­nect with their cul­tur­al iden­ti­ty, respon­si­bil­i­ties and community. 
  • Sara John­ston, Gen­er­al Man­ag­er of the Intyal­heme Cen­tre for Future Ener­gy, is excit­ed about Intyalheme’s vision to reignite Alice Springs as a renew­able ener­gy hub. She says, Alice Springs is per­fect­ly suit­ed to demon­strate what the future grid could look like. It’s small enough to man­age, but big enough to matter.”
