The Busi­ness Inno­va­tion Cen­tre (BIC) is a sophis­ti­cat­ed office facil­i­ty designed by award-win­ning archi­tects and serves as the office space for:

The BIC has office spaces avail­able to rent either on a short-term basis (month­ly con­tracts or casu­al use) or on a long-term lease. Meet­ing and con­fer­ence rooms equipped with the appro­pri­ate equip­ment and facil­i­ties are also avail­able for hire should you like to host a meet­ing or event.
